At MyCareKits, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 3 days for an exchange or refund. Please review the details of our policy below.


RETURN PERIOD

Items can be returned within 3 days of shipment.


RETURN PROCEDURE

Contact Us First:

Before returning any item, please call us at +91 8370980784 or email us at support@mycarekits.com to request return instructions.
Kindly keep your order number, contact details, and reason for return ready while contacting us.

Return Address:

Once your return request is approved, we will share the registered return address via email.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be new, unused, and in resaleable condition
  • All original packaging, components, accessories, and instructions must be included
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, altered, or tampered with in any manner

Shipping the Return:

  • Please use the original packaging/carton for returning the product
  • After dispatch, share the tracking details with us via email
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Non-Reimbursable Costs:

We do not reimburse installation, removal, labor, handling, or any other incidental charges.


REFUND PERIOD

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by MyCareKits
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges, even if the product was delivered with free shipping
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount

CANCELLATIONS & REFUSED DELIVERIES

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment
  • Orders cancelled after shipment or refused at delivery (except in case of damage) will be treated as returns, and applicable shipping charges will apply

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following items are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part:

  • Products not in original packaging or missing accessories/components
  • Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered
  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Special orders or items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling
